Squats are awesome!!!! And a great form of exercise to help you fight cellulite. This exercise targets the lower body, primarily the quadriceps, buttocks and abdominal muscles and will help you to build lean muscle. So get squatting girl!

Other good exercises to get rid of cellulite on bum fast and naturally are:

  1. Clockwise lunge
  2. Alternating abduction squats
  3. Hip-lift progression
  4. Plyometric squats
  5. Dumbbell split jump
  6. Goblet squat


A healthy diet will reduce the appearance of cellulite. A high intake of antioxidants, phytonutrients and bioflavonoids reduces the risk of having cellulite. (I know that sounds a little overwhelming, but hang in there)

Some researches suggest that foods rich in anthocyanin (found in purple foods and vegetables) may help in the reduction of cellulite appearance. So eat your red cabbage, purple sweet potato, red kale, blueberries, raspberries, pomegranate girl! These should be on your shopping list.
