Personalized treatment plans
What we treat
Small visible vessels. Individual assessment.
Spider veins, also called telangiectasia, can appear as red, blue or purple branches near the skin surface. We assess selected superficial vessels on the thighs, calves, ankles and behind the knees.
Spider veins
Selected small superficial vessels may be suitable for cosmetic laser treatment.
Your skin & vessels
Skin tone, vessel size and depth, health history and circulation all help guide the plan.
When medical care comes first
Bulging, painful or symptomatic veins need medical assessment. Cosmetic laser does not diagnose or treat underlying vascular disease.
Your treatment team
Experienced people. A plan made for you.
Your provider is selected according to your assessment and treatment plan.

Laser service oversight: Madelaine Caissie, Sparkle founder, Candela Key Opinion Leader and Per-Diem Trainer.
Your next steps
Start with an assessment—not a promise.
1. Assess suitability
We review your vessels, symptoms, skin, medical history and medications. If medical vascular care is more appropriate, we explain that before proceeding.
2. Review your quote
Discuss the area, expected course, comfort, risks and total treatment plan. Multiple sessions may be recommended; results are not guaranteed.
3. Treat & follow up
Your provider gives preparation and aftercare instructions and reviews your response before further treatment. Improvement is gradual, and new vessels can develop over time.
Pricing
Clear pricing before treatment.
Starting at $350
A consultation and individual quote are required. Your price depends on the treatment area, the vessels being treated and your recommended sessions. The starting price is not a fixed total for every treatment plan.
Preparation & care
Know what to expect before you decide.
Before your appointment
Avoid tanning and self-tanner on the area. Arrive with clean skin. Tell us about pregnancy, medications, vascular or clotting conditions, circulation concerns, diabetes, infection or poor healing. Do not stop prescribed medication without advice from your prescriber.
After your treatment
Redness, swelling, tenderness, bruising or darker-looking vessels can occur. Follow your provider’s guidance on sun protection, heat, hot tubs, saunas and exercise. Contact Sparkle for worsening pain, blistering, infection signs or any reaction that worries you; seek medical care for urgent symptoms.
Possible risks include burns, blistering, crusting, pigment changes, scarring, infection, under-response, recurrence or unsatisfactory results. Assessment and aftercare help manage risks, but cannot eliminate them.

Frequently asked questions
Leg vein removal questions, answered.
What is laser leg vein removal?
Laser leg vein removal is a non-surgical cosmetic treatment for selected small superficial vessels, including spider veins and broken capillaries. Sparkle uses GentleMax Pro Plus. Assessment determines whether laser is appropriate for your vessels and skin.
Can you treat varicose veins?
This service is not treatment for underlying vascular disease. Larger, bulging, painful or symptomatic veins need medical assessment and may require vascular care rather than cosmetic laser.
Who performs treatment at Sparkle?
Josie Raymond, Bri Foster, Chloe Pichette and Taryn McLaughlin perform leg vein treatments, with Madelaine Caissie overseeing the service. Your provider is selected according to your assessment and treatment plan.
How much does leg vein removal cost?
Pricing starts at $350. A consultation and individual quote are required. The treatment area, vessels being treated and recommended sessions affect your total cost.
How many sessions will I need, and when will veins fade?
Multiple sessions may be needed. Treated vessels can temporarily look darker before gradually fading over several weeks. Your provider will explain the expected course and spacing for your plan. Results vary and new vessels can develop over time.
Does treatment hurt, and is there downtime?
Comfort varies; treatment can feel like a quick snap, warmth or prickling. Redness, swelling, tenderness, bruising and temporary darkening can occur. Follow your provider’s instructions about sun exposure, heat and exercise.
What are the risks and suitability limits?
Possible risks include burns, blistering, crusting, pigment changes, scarring, infection, under-response and recurrence. Pregnancy, recent tanning, active infection, medication use, circulation concerns or poor healing may affect suitability. Assessment and aftercare help manage risk but cannot eliminate it.
Can I use the $50 new-client voucher?
Yes, the $50 new-client voucher applies to eligible leg vein treatments. Claim it before your first treatment and check the claim form or ask our team for offer terms.
