Not all loose skin needs the same approach.

Skin laxity, surface texture, collagen loss and changes in facial volume can look similar—but need different plans. We assess the area and explain what non-surgical care may realistically change.

Selected mild to moderate concerns may be suitable. Significant excess skin or a concern driven mainly by underlying structure may need another approach, including surgical consultation. The goal is a useful plan, not the most intensive treatment.

Skin tightening options, matched to your concern.

These options work differently. Your consultation helps identify which approach fits—and whether a combination has a clear purpose.

TempSure RF

Non-invasive radiofrequency heating for selected firmness concerns and maintenance goals. Often considered when minimizing interruption is a priority.

Potenza RF Microneedling

Microneedling combined with radiofrequency when skin-quality concerns overlap with texture. Depth, settings and the treatment area affect recovery.

Explore Potenza →

CO2RE Laser Resurfacing

Fractional ablative resurfacing when texture, wrinkles or scarring are part of the concern. A more visible healing period needs to be planned for.

Explore CO2RE →

Sculptra

An injectable collagen-biostimulation option—not a skin-tightening machine. An injector consultation assesses whether this approach belongs in your plan.

Know the recovery before you commit.

Candidacy comes first

Suitability depends on the selected treatment, skin type, pigment risk, medical history, medications, implanted devices, active skin conditions, pregnancy or breastfeeding status, and your expectations. Share these details at consultation.

Non-surgical care does not remove substantial excess skin or replace a surgical lift. A different pathway may be more appropriate.

Recovery is treatment-specific

Possible effects include redness, warmth, swelling, tenderness, bruising, dryness, flaking, pinpoint marks or crusting. More serious risks can include burns, pigment changes, infection, delayed healing, scarring, asymmetry or an unsatisfactory result. Injectable-specific risks are reviewed with your injector.

Not every risk applies to every treatment. Follow your personalized instructions and contact Sparkle about unexpected or worsening symptoms; seek medical care for urgent symptoms.

Real examples. Individual results.

Collagen-focused changes can be gradual, and there is no universal number of sessions. Results depend on the treatment, area, skin and individual response. Before-and-after photographs are educational—not a promise of your outcome.

Skin tightening questions, answered.

Practical answers before your skin-tightening consultation.

Which skin tightening treatment is best for jowls?

There is no single best option. Lower-face changes can involve skin laxity, texture, volume and underlying structure. We assess what is contributing before recommending a treatment. Significant excess skin may be better addressed through a surgical consultation.

Potenza or TempSure: how do I choose?

These are different approaches: TempSure uses non-invasive radiofrequency heating, while Potenza combines microneedling with radiofrequency. Your skin, concern, medical history and recovery preferences guide the choice. They are not interchangeable.

Can non-surgical treatment help loose neck or body skin?

Selected mild to moderate concerns may be appropriate to discuss. The location, degree of laxity, skin quality and treatment method matter. Non-surgical care does not remove substantial excess skin or replace a surgical lift.

How many sessions will I need, and when will I see changes?

There is no universal skin-tightening schedule. Some approaches are planned as a series, and collagen-focused changes can develop over weeks and months. We explain a treatment-specific sequence and review your response before recommending maintenance.

How much does skin tightening cost?

Your quote is consultation-based. It depends on the selected treatment, area, intensity, number of sessions and any combination care. We explain the recommended plan and price before you decide to proceed.

Is there downtime?

Recovery depends on the treatment and intensity. Non-invasive radiofrequency generally involves less interruption than microneedling or ablative resurfacing. Redness, swelling, tenderness, pinpoint marks, flaking or crusting may occur with some approaches. Your provider explains the relevant risks and aftercare.

Who provides my treatment?

Providers are matched to the selected service. Josie, Bri and Chloe support applicable skin and device services, with Madelaine and Taryn providing oversight. Taryn and Yannick provide injectable and CO2RE care with medical direction from Dr. Carole Williams. Your treating provider is confirmed during consultation.

Can different treatments be combined?

Sometimes, when each has a distinct purpose. Your provider may recommend a staged combination for skin quality, surface texture or structural concerns. Timing, candidacy, recovery and cost are discussed first; more treatment is not automatically a better plan.

Let’s find the plan that makes sense for you.

Bring your questions about firmness, texture, recovery and cost. We’ll help you understand the options—and be honest when a different approach is the better fit.
