Her approach starts with understanding what gets in the way, then finding manageable steps—not expecting perfection.

As Sparkle grew, that philosophy shaped our approach to skin, laser and aesthetic care: understand the person first, then consider the options. Madelaine continues to guide the clinic’s vision, client experience and team education.

Her collaboration with Dr. Nathalie McLaughlin brought women’s-health, hormone and menopause expertise into the team. Taryn McLaughlin’s nursing and coaching approach helps clients put their plans into practice, with each provider contributing within her own role.

Meet Madelaine →

Professional care, personally planned.

We are not a high-volume clinic, and we don’t believe one treatment or one device should fit everyone. Our approach is shaped by three simple commitments.

Education first

We explain your options, limitations and next steps so you can make an informed choice. Sometimes the right recommendation is to do less—or not proceed.

Quality over volume

Thoughtful planning, appropriate technology and a provider suited to your needs matter more than chasing every new trend.

The longer view

Your priorities, comfort level, budget and everyday routines belong in the conversation.
