About the Role

We’re seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) who is new to aesthetics or within their first few years of practice — someone who is eager to learn, grow, and be mentored in a collaborative and client-centered environment.

This is not a sink-or-swim clinic. You will be trained, supported, and guided — with access to hands-on mentorship from one of Canada’s leading injectors and clinical trainers.

You’ll begin by mastering consultations and skin assessments, and gradually expand your skills in treatments such as:

• Neuromodulators (Botox, Dysport)
• Dermal fillers
• PRP/PRF therapy
• Laser and RF-based technologies
• Intimate health services (e.g., O-Shot®, EMsella)

What You’ll Do

• Assist and lead client consultations with a focus on education, prevention, and long-term planning
• Build strong relationships with new and existing clients
• Perform injectable and energy-based treatments under supervision (initially)
• Participate in ongoing hands-on training, coaching, and education
• Collaborate with our clinical, guest relations, and marketing teams
• Contribute to training content, clinical protocols, and brand development (optional)

Compensation & Growth

We offer a flexible, performance-driven compensation structure based on your level of experience, skill, and client base:

• Starting pay ranges from $25 to $75 per hour
• Compensation is assessed based on your clinical background, certifications, and existing clientele
• As you grow within the clinic, we offer commission-based structures, bonuses, and customized incentives
• We’re open to creating a compensation model that works for the right candidate — whether salaried, hourly, or hybrid
• Our goal is long-term success, not short-term limitations

You’ll be supported in building your own loyal client base, expanding your clinical range, and evolving your role over time.

You Are…

• A Registered Nurse with an active license in New Brunswick (Cosmetic Injection Certification such as through CAMA is considered an asset)
• Passionate about holistic aesthetics, wellness, and helping clients feel confident and supported at every stage of life
• Open to feedback, growth, and high standards in both practice and professionalism
• Emotionally intelligent — you listen well, lead with empathy, and communicate clearly
• Comfortable on camera, in consultations, and interested in building a personal client base
• Looking for a long-term role with growth potential, not just a temporary position
