Intro Consultation

A 60-minute introduction consultation with our dietitian or nutritionist. Available in-person, online or over the phone.

We go true all your goals, needs and we will come up with a game plan that will fit your lifestyle and budget. 

$100 applicable to any customized program.

We go over your week; what went well, what didn’t go so well and we will update your program to make sure it is working for you and that you are reaching your goals.  Include custom meal plan, fitness plan and ultimate online support.

$400/per month.

3 months comitement required.

Weekly One on One + Personal Training

Weekly meetings with our Dietitian, Nutritionist and Personal Trainer making your accountable. Include a 50 minutes workout session in our private gym or true Skype. Available in-person or Skype.

We go over your week; what went well, what didn’t go so well and we will update your program to make sure it is working for you and that you are reaching your goals.  Include custom meal plan, fitness plan, weekly workout and ultimate online support.

$500/4 weeks. 3 months comitement required

Personal Training

Prices available upon request. Receive a 25% discount when you train with a friend.

At Home Meal Planning

4 week personalized meal plan and weekly meeting with a meal preparation, organization and coaching in your own home. Weekly and Bi-weekly options available.

$800 / 4 weeks

Mommy & Me

12 Week in-person or online. Custom or generic program. Designed for the busy woman and her family.

Include custom meal plan, fitness plan, weekly tips and tricks, recipes and unlimited online support. 

$450 or $1200 / 12 weeks

At Home Pre-Natal or Post-Natal

A 4-week program One on One. Learn how to make fresh organic home-made baby purees in the comfort of your own kitchen, with or without breast milk.

$800/4 weeks

OUR TEAM

Annick Poirier, Registered Dietitian

Annick Poirier, is a Registered Dietitian, a Trainer, and a Fitness Instructor. She holds a Bachelor Degree in Nutrition from the University of Moncton, N.B. and went on to Georges L. Dumont hospital in Moncton, N.B. for her Internship in nutrition to become a Registered Dietitian. For as long as she can remember Annick was involved in nutrition and exercise… both are a part of her.

She has been in the health and fitness industry for over 10 years and still finds it very motivating and captivating. She loves to share her passion with clients of all ages and shapes. Her favorite past time is spending time in her kitchen creating new recipes.

Having led a dairy and gluten free lifestyle for years now she has had to come up and create many new recipes to accommodate those changes and still managed to stay full of energy and vitality.

Madelaine Caissie, Founder

Madelaine Caissie received her Nutrition Sciences diploma from the University of Moncton in 2007. She specialized her studies in sports nutrition, weight loss, psychological aspects and relation with food.

With over 14 years experience in the fitness industry, as a gym rat and a fitness competitor; she will guide through the healthy balanced lifestyle.
