Having led a dairy and gluten free lifestyle for a year now she has had to create many new recipes to accommodate those changes and still managed to stay full of energy and vitality.
Founder / NutritionistMadelaine Caissie received her Nutrition Sciences diploma from the University of Moncton in 2007. She specialized her studies in sports nutrition, weight loss, psychological aspects and relation with food.
With over 14 years experience in the fitness industry, as a gym rat and a fitness competitor; she will guide you through a healthy balanced lifestyle.
