Why I created the 5 days Back on Track Challenge

We couldn’t be more excited to get you started on achieving all of your health and fitness goals and we want you want to be successful in your healthy lifestyle journey by sharing with you the right tools to help you succeed. We don’t want this to become another instance of starting a plan, being excited for a few days then falling off the wagon within a week.

We have all been there, take it easy on yourself. When it comes to dieting, most people try to use their willpower and don’t truly change their lifestyle. Pretty soon willpower runs out, then real life kicks in and you fall back to your old habits.

Successful people change their environment, their habits and their beliefs.

OK so, when you are ready to start your nutrition & fitness program there are 5 areas that are really important!

Water consumption

Drink water – a lot of water; it makes your body work better and feel better. A lot of people confuse thirst for hunger.

Meal Preparation & Organization

It’s hard to start your work-day without planning it. If you don’t, you will be all over the place and nothing will get done. Same for your lifestyle, it’s so much easier when you’ve planned and organized.

Healthy Nutrition

What does “healthy nutrition” actually mean? You won’t want to follow a meal plan forever. True education is essential for long term success!

Realistic Fitness Routine

Fat loss comes from your nutrition. Workouts change your body shape and improve your metabolism and overall health. Find a routine that’s realistic for you and something you can truly enjoy! If not, you won’t do it long term.

Stress management

Ok, just google “effects of cortisol on weight loss” that will be enough to convince you of the power that stress has on your results. If your body is constantly in stress mode, it will want to store a fat reserve… this is your bodys protection. If you treat your body and mind right, those reserves are no longer required.

Annick Poirier, is a Registered Dietitian, a Trainer, and a Fitness Instructor. She has been in the health and fitness industry for over 10 years. She loves to share her passion with her clients. Her favorite past time is spending time in her kitchen creating new recipes.

Having led a dairy and gluten free lifestyle for a year now she has had to create many new recipes to accommodate those changes and still managed to stay full of energy and vitality.

Madelaine Caissie received her Nutrition Sciences diploma from the University of Moncton in 2007. She specialized her studies in sports nutrition, weight loss, psychological aspects and relation with food.

With over 14 years experience in the fitness industry, as a gym rat and a fitness competitor; she will guide you through a healthy balanced lifestyle.

Our dynamic team consists of caring, experienced professionals is dedicated to providing our clients with the highest standard of care, clinical expertise, and personal attention in a warm, welcoming family-like atmosphere.
