CANCELLATION POLICY

We require a 24 h notice for appointment cancellations If an appointment is canceled with less than a 24h notice period, a cancellation fee of 20% of the total price of the booked service will be required before scheduling another appointment.

NO-SHOWS FOR SERVICE APPOINTMENTS POLICY

No shows are subject to a $50 fee. This policy enables us to maintain a higher availability of our time for you as well as others. By scheduling an appointment, you are agreeing to our cancellation policy.

NO-SHOWS FOR DOCTOR APPOINTMENTS POLICY

No-shows are subject to a $100 fee. This policy enables us to maintain a higher availability of our time for you as well as others. By scheduling an appointment, you are agreeing to our cancellation policy.

PAYMENT PLAN CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellation of payment plans is subject to at 20% fee on the remainder of the payment plan amount. If you are experiencing health issues that prevent you from finishing your services ex. Pregnancy, serious medical issues. You are able to continue to make your monthly payments towards your sparkle account and use your services at a later date.

LATE ARRIVAL POLICY

We regret that late arrivals will not receive an extension of scheduled service times and you will be responsible for full service fees. While we will make every effort to perform your entire treatment in the remaining scheduled time; however, we reserve the right to reschedule your appointment if we feel there is not enough time to give you quality treatment and to not keep other clients waiting.

15 MINUTES PAST YOUR APPOINTMENT YOU WILL BE CONSIDERED A NO-SHOW AND BE SUBJECT TO OUR NO-SHOW FEE.
