2 medium size pancakes

2-3 tbsp almond butter
1/4 cup vanilla powder (you can use chocolate protein powder if you want)
2 tbsp coconut flour
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/4 cup rolled oats
1/2 cup of almond milk
Add some berries on top for flavor!

  1. Whisk all the above ingredients together and panfry on a pan with some coconut oil or cooking oil.
  2. When you pour the batter on the pan, make sure the pan is sizzling hot. As soon as the batter makes contact with the pan though, turn it down to medium. Wait till bubbles start appearing on the pancakes’ surface before you flip. Otherwise, they’ll break on you and we don’t want that.
