How do I know which product to choose?

Start with the product description, intended use, ingredients and instructions. Check any compatibility information and ask for guidance if you have sensitive skin, symptoms, or questions about use after a procedure.

Should I buy a dilator if insertion is painful?

Do not force dilator use through pain. Pain should be assessed, and a clinician or pelvic-floor therapist can advise whether a guided dilator plan is appropriate.

Can I use these products after an intimate-health treatment?

Follow the aftercare instructions for your specific procedure. The right product and timing depend on the treatment and healing stage; do not assume a product is suitable immediately after a procedure.
