As far back as I can remember, I had a passion for business — selling lemonade, crayons, and even my toys. I was obsessed with the concepts of growing money.
When I started University to become a Dietitian, I forgot I already knew who I was. I got lost in the world of nutrition, fitness, and competitions and developed a bad relationship with my body. I needed help and I felt that I couldn’t find it anywhere —until I looked within myself.
My fall forced me to learn how to listen to my own body and concentrate on self awareness. I quit the traditional “one size fits all” format and invested in becoming a private consultant with a holistic approach—combining my passion for business, my personal struggle and professional expertise.
My business first started in the basement of my house with only myself as a nutritionist in 2012. With the help of my amazing clients and my incredible team, Sparkle Lifestyle & MediSpa is now the home of Gynecologists, Surgeon, Registered Dietitian, Personal Trainer and Medical Aestheticians offering state of the art treatments.
As an entrepreneur, I want to keep offering our services with topnotch technology and become a pioneer in the private health system sector.
As a woman with experience struggling to maintain a healthy lifestyle, I want to partner with other women and celebrate their success as they find their path to wellbeing and give themselves permission to Sparkle.
WHAT IS SPARKLE LIFESTYLE & MEDISPA
Sparkle Lifestyle & MediSpa is ideally located downtown Moncton. Sparkle’s main floor is designed to accommodate our elegant reception and our private home gym. Our second-floor accommodates three treatments rooms fully equipped with the latest, cutting-edge technology from Syneron- Candela & Cynosure.
Independently founded in 2012, Sparkle Lifestyle & MediSpa is the first of its kind in Moncton, NB. Focused on empowering women to take charge of their health and wellness, our elite services such as body contouring, skin tightening, nutrition and fitness coaching, and most recently vaginal rejuvenation and tattoo removal.
Our team, with exclusive state-of-the-art technologies, consists of affiliated doctors, registered nurses, dieticians, and medical aestheticians. Their collaborative approach allows for drastic improvements in the lives of our clients, causing residual effects that permeate our community.
