Shipping Policy

Shipping Rates:

  • Free Express Shipping: Enjoy complimentary shipping across Canada for orders over $189.99 (after discounts and before taxes).
  • Standard Shipping Fee: For orders under $189.99, a flat shipping fee of $18.95 applies.

Processing Time:

  • Orders are processed within 1-2 business days after successful submission.
  • During peak promotional periods, processing times may extend slightly.

Delivery Times:

  • New Brunswick, Nova Scotia, Prince Edward Island, Newfoundland, and Labrador: Estimated delivery within 1-3 business days, excluding processing time.
  • Shipping times to remote areas may vary.

Important Considerations:

  • Please ensure accurate and complete shipping information to avoid delays.
  • Address changes after an order has been dispatched may incur a $32 fee.
  • A tracking number will be provided once your order ships.
  • Sparkle Lifestyle & MediSpa is not responsible for packages lost or delayed due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Return Policy

Eligibility:

  • Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery for products that are unopened, unused, and in their original condition.
  • The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:
    • Products purchased at a discount or during a promotion.
    • Skincare products that have been opened or used.
    • Haircare items, nail treatments, or makeup due to hygiene and quality standards.
    • Electrical skincare tools and devices.

Return Process:

  1. Contact Us: Email us at info@sparklelifestyle.ca or call 506-871-4421 with your order number and reason for the return.
  2. Approval: Once your return is approved, we will provide instructions, including the return address.
  3. Shipping: Package the item securely and send it back using a traceable shipping method. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Refunds:

  • Refunds or store credits will be processed within 30 days of purchase, after we receive and inspect the returned item.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Damaged or Defective Items:

  • If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damaged item. We will gladly replace or refund defective products.

In-Store Returns:

  • Products purchased in-store at Sparkle Lifestyle & MediSpa in Moncton, NB, can be returned directly to our location.
