Shipping Policy

Shipping Rates

  • Free Express Shipping: Orders over $175 (after discounts and before taxes) qualify for free shipping across Canada.
  • Standard Shipping Fee: A flat rate of $20 applies to orders under $175.

Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1-3 business days after successful submission.
  • During peak promotional periods, processing times may be slightly longer.

Delivery Times

  • New Brunswick, Nova Scotia, Prince Edward Island, Newfoundland, and Labrador: Estimated delivery within 1-3 business days (excluding processing time).
  • Shipping times may vary for remote areas.

Inventory & Backorders

We strive to keep our online inventory as accurate as possible; however, as a small business with both an online store and a physical location, stock levels may not always be perfectly synchronized. In some cases, a product may be listed as available online but temporarily out of stock in-store.

  • If an item is back-ordered, we will notify you and ship it as soon as it becomes available.
  • If an item is discontinued or unavailable for an extended period, we will contact you with alternative options or offer a refund.

Important Considerations

  • Ensure your shipping details are accurate and complete to avoid delays.
  • Address changes after dispatch may incur a $35 redirection fee.
  • A tracking number will be provided once your order has shipped.
  • Lost or delayed packages due to incorrect or incomplete addresses are not the responsibility of Sparkle Lifestyle & MediSpa.

Return Policy

We stand behind the quality of our products and are committed to customer satisfaction. However, due to the nature of our products, we do not accept general returns or exchanges except in the cases outlined below.

Returns for Adverse Reactions

If you experience an adverse reaction to a product, please contact us immediately at info@sparklelifestyle.ca or 506-871-4421.

  • You must provide a description of symptoms and supporting documentation (such as photos).
  • Our team will assess the situation and work with you to find a resolution.
  • If approved, the return may be eligible for store credit or a replacement.

Returns for Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damaged item.

  • We will gladly offer a replacement or a refund at no additional cost.
  • In this case, return shipping costs will be covered by Sparkle Lifestyle & MediSpa.

Other Returns (Case-by-Case Basis)

For non-adverse reaction returns, we evaluate cases individually under the following conditions:

  • A 20% restocking fee applies.
  • The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
  • The product must be unused and unopened in its original packaging.

Return Process

  1. Contact Us – Email info@sparklelifestyle.ca or call 506-871-4421 with your order number and return request.
  2. Approval – If eligible, we will provide return instructions, including the return address.
  3. Shipping – Securely package the item and ship it using a trackable shipping method.
  4. Refund Processing – If approved, refunds or store credits will be processed within 30 days of purchase.

Please note:

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.
  • Returns without prior approval will not be accepted.

In-Store Returns

Products purchased in-store at Sparkle Lifestyle & MediSpa (Moncton, NB) can be returned directly to our location, following the same return policy guidelines.


Frequently Asked Questions

Why does Google Merchant say we offer free returns?

Google requires merchants to list a return policy that includes a free return option. While we do not accept general returns, we offer free returns on defective or damaged products.

What if I change my mind after purchasing?

Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns for buyer’s remorse. However, if your item qualifies under our case-by-case return policy, a 20% restocking fee applies.

What happens if an item I ordered is out of stock?

We do our best to keep inventory updated, but since our in-clinic and online store are not perfectly synchronized, availability may vary.
