Francine’s love for medical aesthetics began during a season when she was finding her way back to herself. She came into the industry as a client first, and what she discovered was a field that combined science, beauty, and the kind of confidence that changes how a woman moves through her life. That experience shaped the way she leads today — with deep empathy for the client in the chair, and an understanding that exceptional care is built into every detail of how a clinic operates.
