3+ years experience
Licensed aesthetician with 3+ years in medical aesthetics preferred.
Client retention
Proven client retention and an existing client following are strong assets.
Advanced treatment skill
Chemical peels, microneedling, radiofrequency, laser facials, body contouring, and skin analysis.
Consultation confidence
Strong ability to educate, assess, recommend, and build personalized treatment plans.
Retail performance
Comfort recommending skincare and supporting retail goals ethically and professionally.
Team mindset
Collaborative, communicative, coachable, and ready to contribute to a high-performing clinic.
What You’ll Do
Create polished, education-led treatment experiences.
Consult + educate
Guide clients through skin analysis, goals, treatment planning, expectations, contraindications, and aftercare.
Perform advanced treatments
Provide services within your training and scope, including skin, facial, laser, body, and device-based treatments as appropriate.
Build treatment plans
Create treatment series, maintenance plans, skincare routines, and follow-up recommendations.
Support retail
Recommend products with integrity based on client skin, goals, and treatment plan.
Track results
Document treatments, outcomes, photos when appropriate, and next steps for continuity of care.
Help improve protocols
Bring curiosity, feedback, and ideas to training, SOPs, protocols, and service development.
