TempSure Vitalia is a temperature-monitored radiofrequency treatment for women’s wellness. It uses controlled heating rather than laser energy and does not intentionally remove or ablate tissue.
Cynosure’s Canadian product information describes precise heating for smaller areas, with applications including temporarily increasing local circulation and reducing pain and muscle spasms. Those are not a promise that it will resolve every intimate-health symptom.
Dryness, urinary leakage, painful intimacy or changes after childbirth and menopause can have different causes. Your evaluation considers the cause, the evidence, risks and alternatives—including appropriate medical care, hormone-related care or pelvic-floor support—before a treatment plan is proposed.

If screening suggests you may be a candidate, meet Dr. Nathalie McLaughlin for further evaluation. Discuss the likely cause of your symptoms, alternatives, risks and whether treatment is appropriate.
3. Treatment, if appropriate
After evaluation and informed consent, the doctor or nurse may perform treatment depending on your plan. The number and spacing of sessions, aftercare and follow-up are individualized.

TempSure Vitalia starts at $650. Your quote confirms the treatment area, what is included and any recommended series or follow-up before you choose treatment.
You do not need to commit to a treatment series to ask about your options.
Comfort and suitability come before treatment.
Your clinician reviews the procedure, expected benefit, limitations and risks with you. Temperature monitoring does not make treatment risk-free or appropriate for everyone.
Before your appointment
- Tell the team about pregnancy, relevant health conditions, medications and previous intimate or pelvic procedures.
- Report wounds, infection, unexplained bleeding, new pain or irritation before treatment.
- Disclose pacemakers or other electronic implants, metal implants, reduced heat sensation and allergies to treatment materials. Your clinician decides whether additional clearance or another pathway is needed.
During and after treatment
- You may feel gradual warmth. Tell your provider immediately if heat or discomfort is difficult to tolerate.
- Discuss potential discomfort, redness, swelling and heat-related injury with your clinician before choosing treatment.
- Follow the individual aftercare and activity guidance you are given. Contact Sparkle for worsening or concerning symptoms; seek prompt medical care for severe pain, heavy bleeding, fever or other urgent symptoms.
