This program is designed to provide medical aestheticians, injectors, and skincare professionals with an immersive experience where they can practice proper techniques, build confidence in consultations and treatments, and gain direct, hands-on experience with a variety of medical aesthetic procedures.

The program includes one full day of hands-on training with Madelaine and her team at Sparkle Lifestyle & MediSpa. Participants will not only observe consultations and treatments but will also have the opportunity to perform procedures under the guidance of experienced professionals. This hands-on experience covers a wide range of treatments, including neuromodulators, HA dermal fillers, PRP, Sculptra, deoxycholic acid, laser treatments, and advanced skincare procedures.

Participants will begin the day with a 30-minute Q&A session to discuss their goals and expectations. Throughout the day, they will receive personalized feedback and guidance as they perform treatments on models provided by the clinic. This program also offers insights into business operations, scheduling, client management, and marketing, ensuring participants leave with a well-rounded understanding of running a successful aesthetic practice.

The cost for the Hands-On Preceptorship Program is $2,500 plus tax, and participants will receive continuous support and mentorship from Madelaine and her team. By the end of the program, participants will have honed their skills, gained confidence in their techniques, and be better prepared to deliver exceptional results to their clients.
