Each 8-capsule serving contains 6.6 g of Osmosis’s proprietary blend with mullein leaf powder, plantain leaf powder, lobelia herb powder, lactase (496 ALU), elecampane root powder and serrapeptase (29,760 IU).
Other ingredients: Hypromellose (capsule), microcrystalline cellulose and maltodextrin.
How to Use
Follow the current Osmosis directions: take 8 capsules on an empty stomach twice daily for 10 days. Osmosis says the routine may be repeated as desired and recommends avoiding dairy and fried foods during the 10 days.
