Shadow Proceptorship

For providers looking to become more confident in their aesthetic practice, Madelaine and her team are excited to offer a unique Shadow Preceptorship Program. This program is designed to provide newer medical aestheticians, injectors, and skincare professionals with an opportunity to learn proper techniques, build confidence in consultations, treatments, and product choices, and gain hands-on experience in a variety of medical aesthetic procedures.

The program entails one full day of shadowing Madelaine and her team during their regular working hours at Sparkle Lifestyle & MediSpa. Participants will have the opportunity to observe consultations, learn how to conduct quality consultations, and gain insights into different neuromodulators, dermal fillers, laser treatments, and advanced skincare procedures. They will also shadow the team as they perform treatments such as neuromodulators, HA dermal fillers, PRP, Sculptra, deoxycholic acid, and other advanced aesthetic procedures.

Throughout the day, participants will have the opportunity to ask questions and discuss their goals during a 30-minute Q&A session at the beginning of the day. The program provides a comprehensive look at the various aspects of aesthetic practice, including business operations, scheduling, client management, and marketing.

The cost for the program is $800 plus tax, and participants will receive guidance and feedback from Madelaine and her team throughout the day. By the end of the program, participants will have a better understanding of how to assess and treat clients, communicate effectively, and manage the day-to-day operations of an aesthetic practice.
