How to Use
- Wash the holder and selected weight before use.
- Begin with the lightest weight and place it in the holder you want to use.
- Add a small amount of water-based lubricant if needed.
- Insert gently, keeping the retrieval cord outside the body.
- Follow the included exercise guide and progress slowly. Move to a heavier weight only when the current level feels comfortable.
- Remove using the retrieval cord, then wash and dry every piece before storing.
