What Emsella does
Pelvic floor support starts with understanding your symptoms.
You sit on the Emsella chair while electromagnetic stimulation creates pelvic floor muscle contractions. It may be considered for selected stress-type leakage or pelvic-floor weakness concerns after screening, including appropriate postpartum or age-related changes.
Pelvic floor symptoms have different causes. Urgency, frequency, pain or complex urinary symptoms may need medical assessment or pelvic floor physiotherapy first. Emsella is one possible option—not a replacement for that care, a treatment for every intimate-health concern, or proven prevention for people without an identified need.

01 Consult
We review your symptoms, goals, health history and contraindications. We explain suitability, pricing and whether medical care or pelvic floor physiotherapy should come first.
02 Treat
If appropriate, you sit fully clothed on the chair as it stimulates pelvic floor muscle contractions. The treatment portion is commonly scheduled for about 30 minutes; the full visit may be longer.
03 Reassess
The initial series is six full paid sessions, with timing individualized. We track your symptoms and response before recommending maintenance, more treatment or another care pathway.

Maintenance · after six paid sessions
Eligible clients may choose an annual four-session option for $600, or a custom maintenance package at 10% off the regular per-session price. Maintenance is based on reassessment, not automatic.
Consultation and complimentary trial
Your first appointment may include a complimentary trial as part of the consultation. It is not a standalone free treatment or a full session, and it does not count toward the six-session series.

Screening and safety
Non-invasive does not mean right for everyone.
May be a fit
Selected stress-type leakage, reduced pelvic floor awareness or suspected weakness after appropriate postpartum recovery and screening. Urgency or frequency may need medical assessment first.
May not be a fit
Pacemaker or other implanted electronic device, certain metal implants in or near the treatment area, pregnancy or another contraindication identified during screening.
Risks and when to seek medical care
Emsella may not be appropriate for clients with pacemakers, implanted electronic devices, certain metal implants in the treatment area, pregnancy, or specific medical conditions affected by electromagnetic stimulation. Individual comfort and response vary. Treatment should be stopped and reassessed if symptoms worsen or an unexpected reaction occurs. Not all urinary or pelvic symptoms are appropriate for Emsella.
Important: Emsella is not a replacement for medical care. New, severe, painful, bloody, recurrent, complex, or worsening urinary or pelvic symptoms should be assessed by an appropriate healthcare provider before Emsella.
Results and follow-up
Your response matters more than a fixed promise.
Some clients report changes in muscle awareness or symptoms during treatment; others do not respond. Early muscle engagement does not predict the final outcome. Response depends on the underlying cause, baseline pelvic floor function and health history.
Symptoms should be tracked and reassessed. Additional treatment or maintenance is based on your response and any return of symptoms. Medical care, pelvic floor physiotherapy, bladder training or lifestyle measures may be part of the plan—or the primary recommendation. Separate intimate-health procedures are not automatic add-ons.

Do I stay clothed during Emsella?
Yes. Emsella is performed while fully clothed. You sit on the chair for the treatment session, and there are no needles, internal devices, or undressing required for the Emsella portion of treatment.
How many Emsella sessions will I need?
If Emsella is appropriate, the initial Sparkle treatment series is six full paid sessions. Session timing may still be adjusted based on screening, symptoms, response, goals, and whether medical care or pelvic floor physiotherapy should be prioritized.
How long is an Emsella session?
A typical Emsella session is about 30 minutes. Your appointment may take longer when consultation, assessment, discussion, or combination planning is included.
When will I notice results from Emsella?

Is there downtime after Emsella?
Most clients can return to regular daily activity after treatment, but individual comfort and response vary. If you develop unexpected or worsening pelvic or urinary symptoms after treatment, contact the clinic and seek medical assessment when appropriate.
Who is not a candidate for Emsella?
Emsella may not be appropriate for clients with pacemakers, implanted electronic devices, certain metal implants in the treatment area, pregnancy, or specific medical conditions that may interfere with electromagnetic therapy. A consultation is required.
How much does Emsella cost at Sparkle?
A single Emsella session is $300. The initial six-session treatment package is $1,200. After six full paid sessions, eligible clients may choose a $600 annual maintenance option with four sessions or a custom maintenance package at 10% off the regular per-session price. Exact recommendations are confirmed during consultation.
Can Emsella be combined with other intimate-health treatments?
Possibly, but combination treatment is not automatic. Each procedure requires its own indication, candidacy review, timing, risk discussion, and provider approval. Medical care or pelvic floor physiotherapy may be more appropriate.
Is Emsella a replacement for medical care?
No. Emsella is not a replacement for medical evaluation, pelvic floor physiotherapy, or treatment for underlying medical conditions. Clients with new, severe, painful, bloody, recurrent, complex, or worsening urinary or pelvic symptoms should seek appropriate medical assessment before treatment.
