Private, respectful care
Understand PRP. Start with your concern.
Clitoral PRP is an elective intimate-health procedure using platelet-rich plasma prepared from a small sample of your own blood. After assessment and comfort planning, PRP is injected into selected intimate tissue areas. Your clinician explains the proposed sites before you consent.
Research into sexual and urinary outcomes is still developing. Some studies report improvement, but they do not establish a reliable benefit for every concern or person, an ideal treatment schedule, or how long a benefit will last. You may notice little or no improvement.
Dryness, pain, reduced sensitivity, orgasm concerns and urinary symptoms can have different causes. We assess those concerns first; PRP does not replace appropriate gynecologic care, pelvic-floor physiotherapy or hormone-related assessment.
One conversation at a time.
1. Free nurse screening
Meet Taryn, RN, to discuss your concerns and relevant health history. Screening helps identify whether a physician evaluation is the next appropriate step; it does not confirm treatment candidacy.
2. OBGYN evaluation — $250
If appropriate, meet Dr. Nathalie McLaughlin to discuss the cause of your concerns, treatment options, uncertainty, risks and alternatives. Treatment is not automatic after evaluation.
3. Treatment and follow-up
If you choose an agreed plan after informed consent, the doctor or nurse may perform treatment. A blood sample is processed into PRP, comfort measures are discussed, and you receive individualized aftercare and follow-up guidance.
People behind your care
People who make the conversation easier.
Taryn is your first contact for screening. Dr. Nathalie McLaughlin provides the OBGYN evaluation. Treatment may be performed by the doctor or nurse depending on the agreed plan.

Know the cost of each step.
Nurse screening — free
Your first screening appointment is with Taryn, RN. It is separate from the OBGYN evaluation and any treatment.
OBGYN evaluation — $250
The private physician appointment with Dr. Nathalie McLaughlin is $250. The treatment voucher does not apply to this appointment.
PRP treatment from $1,200
Clitoral PRP starts at $1,200 per treatment. Your quote explains what is included and any proposed follow-up before you decide.
You do not need to commit to treatment to ask about your options.
Comfort, consent and realistic expectations.
Using your own blood does not make an injection risk-free. Your clinician discusses risks, alternatives and the possibility of no benefit before treatment.
Before your appointment
- Tell the team about pregnancy or breastfeeding, blood or platelet disorders, medications, allergies and previous intimate or pelvic procedures.
- Report infection, unexplained bleeding, new or significant pain, and other changes before treatment. These may need medical assessment first.
- Do not stop prescribed medication on your own. Your clinician advises on preparation, comfort measures and whether treatment is appropriate.
After treatment
- Possible risks include tenderness, bruising, swelling, spotting, infection, changes in sensitivity, discomfort and unsatisfactory results.
- Follow your personalized instructions about sexual activity, tampons, swimming, hot tubs and exercise. We explain any restrictions and their duration for your plan.
- Contact Sparkle for worsening or concerning symptoms. Seek prompt medical care for severe pain, heavy bleeding, fever or other urgent symptoms.

A few things to know
Your clitoral PRP questions.
Clear answers before you decide on your next step.
What is clitoral PRP?
It is an elective procedure using platelet-rich plasma prepared from your own blood and injected into selected intimate tissue areas. The clinician explains the proposed procedure and sites before you consent.
Do I need a consultation first?
Yes. Start with free screening with Taryn, RN. If appropriate, the next step is a $250 evaluation with Dr. Nathalie McLaughlin, MD (OBGYN). Screening does not confirm candidacy, and treatment is not automatic.
Who performs the treatment?
The doctor or nurse may perform treatment depending on your clinical plan. Your treating provider is confirmed before the appointment.
Will it improve sensitivity, orgasm, dryness or leakage?
Improvement is not guaranteed. Evidence is still developing, and these concerns can have different causes requiring other care. Your OBGYN explains the uncertainty and appropriate alternatives; some people notice little or no benefit.
Is it painful, and what about aftercare?
Comfort varies. Numbing and other comfort measures are discussed with your provider. Tenderness, bruising, swelling, spotting, infection or sensitivity changes can occur. Follow individualized aftercare, including any temporary activity restrictions.
How soon will I notice a change, and will I need repeat treatments?
There is no established response timeline or guaranteed duration of benefit. Repeat treatment should be considered only after reviewing your response, risks, goals and alternatives—not assumed to be necessary for everyone.
What should I budget for?
Nurse screening is free. The OBGYN evaluation is $250. Clitoral PRP starts at $1,200 per treatment. The $50 new-client voucher applies to treatment, not the physician appointment.
