The role includes hands-on mentorship, clinical coaching, consultation training, treatment planning support, and gradual skill development. You will not be expected to build an injectable practice alone without guidance.

Depending on training, readiness, supervision, and clinic needs, you may develop skills in consultations, skin assessments, neuromodulators, dermal fillers, PRP/PRF, laser and RF-based technologies, and intimate-health services.
