With a strong background in office administration (2008), bookkeeping (2010), and home inspection (2016), she combines an analytical mind with genuine care for people — making her an integral part of Sparkle’s success.

Rachel joined Sparkle Lifestyle & MediSpa seeking a new challenge and quickly became one of its most trusted pillars. What she loves most about this industry is how it focuses on the body’s ability to heal itself when given the right tools — a philosophy that perfectly mirrors her own belief in balance, prevention, and long-term wellness.

As Client Experience Manager & Bookkeeper, Rachel plays a key role in the big picture of Sparkle, working side by side with the owner to ensure every client remains happy and supported across Sparkle, Spaces, and Echelon. Whether she’s managing systems, nurturing relationships, or cheering on the team, Rachel is Sparkle’s biggest cheerleader — always lifting others up and making sure every detail contributes to a seamless, feel-good experience.

Her go-to product is EltaMD sunscreen (because UV rays don’t take a day off!), and her favorite service is Emsella, the ultimate self-care investment for strengthening the often-overlooked pelvic floor muscles.
