Potenza RF Microneedling in Moncton & Dieppe
Texture, acne scars or a change in skin firmness? Let’s talk about your skin and what you’re hoping to improve. Potenza combines microneedling with radiofrequency energy. A free consultation helps us decide whether it fits your goals, skin and comfort with recovery.
Your skin. A thoughtful plan.
Potenza uses fine needles and radiofrequency energy to create controlled heating in the skin. It may be considered for selected texture, scar and mild laxity concerns. The area, depth and treatment intensity are chosen after assessment—not from a one-size-fits-all setting.
Texture & scars
Discuss acne scars, textural scarring and roughness. Your scar type and skin history help determine the approach.
Pores & fine lines
Explore whether RF microneedling fits enlarged-looking pores, fine lines or crepey texture. Improvement develops gradually and varies.
Face & body
Selected areas may include the face, neck, chest, abdomen or arms, including stretch-mark concerns. Suitability is assessed for each area.
People behind your care

Changes develop over time.
Skin-quality and collagen-focused changes develop gradually over weeks to months. Scars and texture concerns may need a series; the number of sessions, spacing and maintenance depend on your response.
These before-and-after examples are educational, not a promise of your outcome. They are not identified here as Sparkle client results. Results vary by skin, concern, treatment intensity, sessions and aftercare.
A little preparation. Clear guidance afterward.
Potenza is not automatically appropriate for every skin tone or concern. We review melasma, pigment-change history, active acne, recent tanning, inflammatory skin conditions, medications, implanted devices and medical history. Pregnancy, breastfeeding, infection or open wounds may mean delaying treatment or choosing another approach.
Before your visit
- Tell us about medications, allergies, cold sores, implants, recent procedures and any healing or pigment concerns.
- Discuss numbing, recovery, aftercare and your plan before deciding.
- Follow the preparation instructions provided for your skin; do not change prescribed medication without advice.
Aftercare
- Follow your personalized skincare and sun-protection guidance.
- Redness, warmth, swelling, tenderness, pinpoint bleeding, dryness, rough texture or flaking may occur. Recovery varies with treatment intensity.
- Ask your provider when to resume active skincare and other treatments. Do not assume that every combination can be done in one visit.
Risks & realistic expectations
Risks include bruising, scabbing, acne or cold-sore flares, infection, pigment darkening or lightening, burns, scarring and unsatisfactory results. Serious complications reported with certain RF-microneedling uses also include fat loss, nerve damage and disfigurement. Assessment, technique and aftercare cannot eliminate every risk.
Contact Sparkle if you have increasing pain, blistering, drainage, unusual pigment changes or any reaction that worries you. For urgent symptoms, seek medical care promptly.
A few things to know
Your questions,
answered.
How is Potenza different from traditional microneedling?
Traditional microneedling creates small channels in the skin. Potenza adds radiofrequency energy and controlled heating. This adds treatment considerations and risks; it does not make it the best choice for everyone.
Can Potenza be used on every skin tone?
Suitability is assessed individually. Skin tone, tanning, melasma, pigment-change history, medications and active skin conditions all matter. Your provider may recommend different settings, delaying treatment or another approach.
Does Potenza hurt, and how long is the appointment?
Topical numbing is usually used, but warmth, pressure or discomfort may still occur. Appointments commonly take 45–60 minutes including numbing, depending on the area and plan. We explain comfort options and timing at consultation.
How many sessions will I need, and when will I see changes?
A series is often considered for scars and texture. Skin-quality and collagen-focused changes develop gradually over weeks to months. Session number, spacing and maintenance depend on your concern, treatment intensity and response. Results are not guaranteed.
Is there downtime, and can Potenza be combined with other treatments?
Temporary redness, swelling or rough texture can follow treatment, and recovery varies. A combination plan may be discussed after assessment, with appropriate sequencing, healing time and separate costs explained. Not every treatment belongs in the same visit.
How much does Potenza cost at Sparkle?
A full-face session starts at $650. Your quote depends on the treatment area and personalized plan; a complete series costs more than one session. Packages and memberships are available. We confirm your quote before treatment.
