- Bonus value is issued as Promotional Vouchers.
- Promotional Vouchers are non-transferable, limited to one per client, and have no cash value.
- Promotional Vouchers are not tracked in your Sparkle Account. You are responsible for keeping them safe.
- Lost, expired, or misplaced vouchers cannot be reissued or replaced.
- Promotional Vouchers must be presented at checkout.
- Promotional Vouchers may only be applied toward regularly priced products and services.
- Promotional Vouchers cannot be combined with other discounts, bundled offers, or promotional pricing.
- Promotional Vouchers are not valid on memberships or packages.
- Bonus Promotional Vouchers expire 12 months from the date of issue.
