Karyna graduated in 2022 with a degree in Publishing and Printing and specialized as a Graphic Designer. Drawn to the world of aesthetics and beauty, she naturally found her place at Sparkle, where she supports both the clinic’s operations and its visual presence. She loves surrounding herself with creativity and helping bring structure and harmony to the many moving parts behind the scenes.

What Karyna appreciates most about her work is understanding the complexity that goes into every detail — from systems and scheduling to payroll and client experience. She thrives on solving problems, improving processes, and making things run smoothly for everyone on the team.

Her favorite product is Rescue, because it works beautifully for almost every skin type, and she swears by Botox as the ultimate tool for preventing fine lines. Her best advice? Always wear your SPF — every day, no exceptions!
