How many units are included per session?
Each tox session includes up to 50 units, with a maximum of 150 units per year.
Can I use more than one perk in a month?
No, only one perk can be redeemed per month to keep your plan consistent.
When can I use my laser facials?
Laser facials are available after month 6 of your membership.
What happens if I don’t use one of my sessions?
Unused sessions can’t be carried over, exchanged for money, or swapped for other services.
Do I have to sign a contract?
Yes, the membership is a 12-month commitment and renews automatically.
How do I cancel my membership?
We require 2 weeks’ notice before your renewal date to cancel.

The Fine Print: Max 50 units per session, every 4 months. Skincare allowance: $100 toward any serum. Credit card or Visa Debit required on file. Membership renews automatically (no fees). Cannot be combined with promotions, Sparkle Account, or gift cards. Not transferable or shareable. Termination requires 2 weeks’ notice before renewal.
