Role Overview:

As a Registered Dietitian, you will offer personalized nutrition coaching to new and existing clients, providing guidance that complements our medical aesthetics and body contouring treatments. You’ll oversee the body contouring division, ensuring the highest standards of care and client satisfaction, while helping to expand and promote Sparkle’s holistic wellness offerings.

Key Responsibilities:

Nutrition Coaching

• Conduct one-on-one consultations to assess clients’ nutritional needs, goals, and lifestyle habits.
• Develop personalized nutrition plans that support weight management, skin health, and overall wellness.
• Provide ongoing coaching and support to clients, encouraging sustainable, healthy habits.

Body Contouring Supervision

• Oversee and supervise the body contouring division, ensuring treatments align with clients’ goals and Sparkle’s high standards.
• Collaborate with the aesthetic team to integrate body contouring treatments (e.g., SculpSure, VelaShape, etc.) with nutrition plans for optimal results.
• Train and mentor staff on the holistic integration of body contouring and nutrition for client success.

Holistic Wellness Promotion

• Champion Sparkle’s holistic division by promoting the connection between health, beauty, and wellness.
• Educate clients on the benefits of combining nutrition, aesthetics, and lifestyle changes for long-term results.
• Support marketing efforts by contributing to blog posts, webinars, and events focused on nutrition and wellness.

What We’re Looking For:

Experience and Skills

• Registered Dietitian (RD) with licensure in Canada.
• Proven experience in nutrition coaching, preferably in a wellness or medical spa setting.
• Familiarity with body contouring treatments and holistic health principles is an asset.

Availability
